Dominican University of California is proud to be leading College Debate 2016, an initiative focused on increasing Millennial engagement in the U.S. Presidential election through respectful dialogue about political issues. Dominican, named a Voter Education Partner by the Commission on Presidential Debates, is committed to educating and preparing students to be ethical leaders and socially responsible global citizens.
On September 7, 150 delegates from colleges across the nation will assemble for a Town Hall event to identify the top five issues of concern to young voters. Those issues will be sent to the moderators of the presidential debates, an unprecedented action which brings Millennial matters directly to the presidential candidates.
Your gift in any amount will help us lead the charge to engage young voters.
Millennials want to work for companies who "walk the talk" when it comes to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). College Debate 2016 offers a timely opportunity to showcase your CSR efforts by aligning with the U.S. Presidential election in a nonpartisan way.
